Accounts

Accounts are used to hold information about schools and suppliers including their name and address.

Many Groupdesk clients use accounts to manage different groups or areas that relate to campaigns for their Sales teams.

Create an account:

  • Click [+] (top right corner)

  • Required to enter Name / Type / Language

  • Name: The name of the Account (Local High School, Brad and Jen's Wedding, XYZ Sorority

  • Select a type: Other, School or Supplier (recommended to use school as other account types currently do not appear in search)

  • Select a Language: language of the account

  • Website: account website address

  • Email address: email address associated to account

  • Phone Number

  • Address
