Cancellations

Cancellations may have different processes for your business. Please consult with your team lead before attempting to follow these processes.

When cancelling a booking, we generally recommend reviewing the following processes:

  1. Start a Case if applicable

  2. Refunding or Transferring applicable payments

  3. Applying Trip Dollars (Credit) if applicable

  4. Cancelled Bookings still affect total booking numbers so you may want to remove the booking from any trips or inventories
